Cats can be used to reduce the levels of buildings in enemy villages. Unlike rams, which are restricted to destroying walls, cats can target almost any building except the hiding place. If you want to use cats to make a village good for easy farming, destroy these buildings:
- Destroying the rally point stops them from sending attacks
- Lowering the farm level bellow the level required for the number of villagers they’re already using stops them from building or recruiting any more
- Lowering the levels of the barracks, stable and workshop increases the time it takes for their troops to be produce
If you plan to noble a village, it’s recommended to only use rams to destroy the wall, so that you don’t have to rebuild once you take the village. If you don’t plan on farming the village, destroying the timber camp, iron mine and clay pit will reduce their production of resources and cause their growth to be slowed.
